Hi, I’m Sacha Dominique Dent, an educator, author, and resource creator with over 15 years of experience in education. I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education and have spent much of my career supporting developing readers who benefit from extra guidance. Helping young learners build confidence and a true love of reading is one of my greatest joys. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for creating and adapting materials that bring out the best in students. I love making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful, especially through stories and visuals that reflect the diverse identities of the children I teach. That passion led me to start my own company, where I create books, including decodables for early and developing readers, and literacy resources that are vibrant, inclusive, and full of lovable, relatable characters. My work is for teachers, parents, homeschoolers, and tutors—anyone looking to bring joyful, effective reading support to their learners. I care deeply about equity and representation, and I believe every child deserves to see themselves in the books they read. I’m so excited to share my first series of books and resources, and I look forward to seeing them in classrooms and homes across the country, helping more children discover the magic of reading, one story at a time.
